Since January 2010, Iberika has taken part in the multilateral project CreMoLe. The project has been promoted by the standards set forth by the EU program Grundtvig. The participating countries are Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Austria, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia and Spain.

The project’s goal is to carve out key factors that motivate new and continued participation in available adult education programs. It was with this idea in mind that the acronym for this project was created: Create Motivate Learn.

Throughout the course of the project a set of best practice examples in adult education have been drawn up. These are all practices that motivate individuals to take part in life long learning. In addition, individual approaches for the instruction of adults were developed and tested. In the next stage of the project these approaches will be collected into a guidebook. At the conclusion of the project, the documents will be available for download in both German and English. In the last phase of the project, a Grundtvig learning course will be conceptualized and tested.
